Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain designated store sections to required standards, including folding/display and shop-floor and cash-desk housekeeping.
  • •Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain standards.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly across payment methods, including opening/closing cash desk procedures.
  • •Acknowledge customers and provide quality service face-to-face or by telephone; keep knowledge of stocks and promotions up to date.
  • •Cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence; complete relevant trainings; comply with SOPs, legal requirements, and health & safety procedures.
