Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the governance evidence base for Enterprise AI, ensuring decisions, approvals, controls, and supporting artefacts are documented, traceable, and audit-ready.
  • •Support implementation of responsible AI practices, including data handling, acceptable use, risk management, and control requirements.
  • •Monitor and maintain the governance view of the Enterprise AI agent estate, ensuring new capabilities are registered, reviewed, and governed.
  • •Coordinate governance reviews, approvals, and risk assessments so issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Security, Legal, and Compliance to embed a consistent governance approach and support audits with documentation and process visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in governance, risk, compliance, controls, audit, or operational assurance within a large multinational organization.
  • •Strong understanding of governance principles and the importance of maintaining accurate records, evidence, and audit trails.
  • •Experience working with technology, data, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms in a governance-related capacity.
  • •Knowledge of technology risk, data handling controls, and regulatory or policy-driven operating environments.
  • •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline.
