Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of third-party products and key suppliers for the Integrated Multi Domain Solutions portfolio. Lead subcontracting efforts, plan and evaluate proposals, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee contract performance, schedules, and delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders and supply chain teams to develop subcontract plans, manage risk and complexity, and present program status. Role is primarily remote in Puerto Rico with some onsite requirements at the Santa Isabel facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the subcontracting effort, including establishing the overall subcontract plan and proposal review criteria for major subcontracts.
•Plan and lead negotiation with suppliers and work with the Supply Chain Contract Manager to prepare and negotiate contractual documents.
•Manage contract performance, leading subcontractor cadences and providing status to internal stakeholders to ensure costs, quality, and delivery.
•Own subcontract products and services for assigned programs, including managing obsolete parts, production, and on-time delivery.
•Provide leadership for subcontract-related program/project activities, including guiding Subcontract Administrators, Buyers, and Supply Chain Contract Managers.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Prior experience in cross-functional management (program manager, technical project manager, engineering, quality, business development, contract management, finance & operations).
•Ability to lead subcontracting efforts including establishing subcontract plans and proposal review criteria.
•Experience planning and leading negotiation with suppliers and preparing/negotiating contractual documents.
•Experience managing complex major subcontracts and ensuring contract performance to original proposals.
