Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, monitor, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost targets are met.
  • •Lead project planning and control activities including resourcing, staffing, supply/subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • •Develop project risk analysis (including how Monte Carlo simulation assists) and perform schedule control, including validating contractor re-baselined schedules.
  • •Collect and disseminate engineering service information across scope definition, estimating, scheduling, bid instructions, procurement, construction, record keeping, right-of-way, and environmental activities.
  • •Manage scope change management procedures, including formal Management of Change (MOC), and develop business cases and cost plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or project management at the PM I level.
  • •Experience managing engineering and operations of processing facilities and pipeline-related design, construction, operation, and maintenance projects.
  • •Knowledge of fundamental project management across scoping, estimating, scheduling, contracting/procurement, construction, commissioning/startup, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience coordinating teams across workgroups and managing internal/external stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
