  • •Serve as subject matter expert for changes to internal work order management, billing systems, and other processes affecting damage claims billing and recovery.
  • •Administer Facilities Damage Claims Lists (SharePoint) and associated apps and Power BI dashboards; perform reviews and audits for reporting integrity.
  • •Liaise between Credit & Collections, division personnel, and a third-party claims administrator to review alleged excavation damages and ensure root cause analysis.
  • •Negotiate settlements requiring approval and lead pursuit of difficult-to-recover damages, including preparing documentation for internal and outside counsel.
