Help manage the Quality and Enablement team within outbound (fulfillment) operations. Establish KPI reporting, create and validate SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to analyze audit results and address anomalies with SMART action plans. •Comfortable working with large data sets and analyzing reports, including experience using data platforms for reporting.
