Job Summary

Lead the social media presence for FIVE Hotels & Resorts, crafting engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Key Responsibilities

•Create, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
•Elevate the brand’s online reputation by addressing guest concerns to ensure high-quality customer service.
•Engage with FIVE’s online community by responding to comments and reviews to improve community management.
•Craft copy that communicates the FIVE vibe and showcases dining and nightlife offerings with a consistent tone.
•Maintain a regular posting schedule and review content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, or a related field is preferred.
•Thorough knowledge, familiarity and interest in social media.
•Previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
•A proactive nature with meticulous eye for detail and ownership mindset.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
