•Ensure equipment reliability through preventive inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
•Promote Parts & Service products and share technical knowledge to support customer success.
•Respond to field service requests and diagnose issues to minimize downtime.
•Collaborate with customers to ensure safe, efficient operation and service excellence.
