Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project investment governance by preparing and challenging investment papers through the governance cycle with NP&R, Control, and project stakeholders.
  • •Ensure projects progress through the investment cycle in line with company processes and update management systems with agreed values.
  • •Track and report approval and re-authorisation papers, keeping budget control information current across systems.
  • •Lead and direct the work of the team of Programme Analysts to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • •Streamline budget control administration across systems, databases, and spreadsheets; escalate and track resolution of issues; champion lessons learned and continuous improvement.
