Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

Lead production on the front lines by overseeing the full manufacturing process, ensuring safety and USDA/HACCP compliance, and maintaining product quality. Guide hourly employees to hit production targets, deliver training on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and run daily floor walks and monthly line meetings. Track and analyze yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows, reduce downtime and costs, and support continuous improvement through performance metrics.
