Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily production-floor inspections, take corrective actions, and lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives to ensure compliance with HACCP and USDA regulations.
  • •Enforce Food Safety and Food Quality plans, train employees on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and ensure tasks follow product specifications.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances; partner with Operations Managers and Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use, minimizing downtime and costs.
  • •Direct and guide hourly production employees, aligning them on safety, quality, and production goals through daily floor walks and monthly line meetings.
  • •Analyze product performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Experience leading through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees while fostering a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
  • •Ability to work in varying conditions (heat and cold) and willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.
