Job Summary

Drive operational rigor within Account Success by partnering with leadership to perform ad-hoc analyses, evaluate performance against targets, and uncover insights that inform strategic recommendations. Transform analysis into Tableau dashboards and data sets alongside Operations/Technology and Business Intelligence teams. Build executive presentations for global reviews, support quarterly business reviews, and contribute to GTM planning in partnership with Strategy & Programs teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Success leadership to perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools, interpreting performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.
•Evaluate ongoing business performance against targets to identify growth opportunities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to transform analysis into data sets and Tableau dashboards that support day-to-day Account Success operations.
•Build executive-level presentations and support quarterly business reviews and global leadership reviews.
•Support the GTM planning process with Account Success Strategy & Programs teams and Business Intelligence.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong business acumen and stakeholder management experience.
•Proficient in business analysis and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights.
•Excellent executive presentation and engagement skills.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling strategy narratives for diverse audiences.
•Customer Success strategy experience or 8+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles.
