Job Summary

Six-month contract Sales Recruiter to support a high-growth Go-To-Market organization in a fast-paced, hybrid in-office role. Manage end-to-end recruiting for sales/GTM roles, partner with Sales leadership and Talent Attraction, and drive high-volume pipelines while navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functionally with Finance and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals for fast-paced Go-To-Market teams.
•Navigate ambiguity and turn abstract hiring needs into structured talent pipelines.
•Partner with the Talent Attraction team to proactively apply candidates to multiple open opportunities.
•Build strong relationships with Sales leadership and serve as a trusted talent advisor throughout the process.
•Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) to negotiate offers and onboard new hires.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,000 - 142,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) in a fast-paced Sales or GTM environment
•Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week
•Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
•Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
•Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates
