Serve as a subject matter expert using data science, machine learning, and OR optimization techniques, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable cost/service improvements and scenario reporting with Tableau and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply advanced supply chain analytics and optimization to solve network problems including distribution design, transportation mode/routing, hub-and-spoke models, routing optimization, and warehousing capacity.
•Use data science, machine learning, and optimization/OR techniques to build proofs-of-concept and lead continuous improvement projects that reduce costs and/or improve service performance.
•Develop and apply expertise in transportation network design, planning, fulfillment policies, and warehousing/transportation operations across multiple freight modes.
•Manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with measurable objectives and work with IT and other stakeholders to deploy improvements.
•Produce output reports from optimization scenarios using Tableau and Power BI and contribute to thought leadership in supply chain optimization.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree in a quantitative or operations field such as Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Statistics.
•7–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, transportation, or a related function.
•5+ years of hands-on data modeling experience using SQL and Python, with statistical modeling knowledge (e.g., regression, classification, decision trees).
•5+ years of optimization/modeling experience using tools such as BY TMOD, Llamasoft, Gurobi, CPLEX, or Xpress, including ML algorithms (e.g., clustering, classification, reinforcement learning) and OR multi-objective optimization (e.g., LP, MILP).
•Experience with supply chain optimization across network design, transportation/routing, and logistics/warehousing operations.
