Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution.
  • •Under limited supervision, perform assigned tasks including drafting internal/external documents and marketing materials, building models, conducting due diligence, and executing transactions.
  • •Work day-to-day with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties, and other senior professionals.
  • •Help position the bank’s treasury and payment solutions product suite, including floating rate and F/X, private wealth, insurance, and related services.
  • •Build cross-functional relationships within CIB and may coach and mentor Analysts or Interns.
