  • •Ensure safety leadership: coordinate with EHS Manager on policies/programs and support audits, GEMBAs, incident investigation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor product conformance and oversee daily production schedules to achieve production goals and efficiency recommendations.
  • •Supervise production employees: manage timecards/time-off, performance reviews, training, and fair disciplinary processes.
  • •Analyze production information using the production dashboard and SAP, investigate standards shortfalls, and coordinate with Maintenance/Process Engineering to resolve equipment and material issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent education/experience totaling 5+ years).
