Open and manage deposit accounts, advise clients through consultative conversations, and cross-sell bank products while making outbound calls to meet center sales and referral goals. Support loan application intake by assisting clients and handing off processing, resolve account inquiries, and maintain compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and the code of ethics.
