Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a cost management team, ensuring accountabilities are delivered and conducting staff performance reviews.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages to drive successful outcomes.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate and help manage cost management and project controls services across major infrastructure, transportation, aviation, corporate real estate, data centers, and other capital programs.
  • •Report overall commercial status, drive best-practice adoption, and support contracting/procurement strategy, proposals, and RFP responses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
  • •Subject Matter Expert in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated excellence in presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
