  • •Own product change management (PCM) and controls, including unreleased product approval and ECO/PCN approvals.
  • •Manage field service activities, including review/approval/filtering of system feedback that can impact customers.
  • •Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs, including CaRM review and BOM accuracy.
  • •Own common modules roadmap implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC, including component roadmaps, obsolescence, replacements, and vendor alternatives for cost reduction.
  • •Facilitate intercompany communication and alignment on product strategies, pricing, spare levels, restricted part orders, and product roadmap/market proliferation.
