Key Responsibilities

  • •Own transformation of core finance operations, including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, controls, and intercompany close management.
  • •Lead the finance systems roadmap by evaluating, implementing, and optimizing the finance stack (ERP, planning, reporting, consolidation, and automation tools).
  • •Drive AI transformation by identifying where AI can replace manual work (e.g., close, consolidation, accounting, reconciliation) and leading implementations.
  • •Bridge finance with engineering/data teams to build and deploy tools that make finance faster and more accurate.
  • •Redesign end-to-end finance workflows, and set governance, controls, and documentation standards to keep the function reliable and adopt changes across the team.
