Job Summary

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and ensure production metrics for throughput, cost, and quality are consistently met within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. Lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, and support Continuous Improvement while developing Reconditioning Leads and Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
•Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks impacting site throughput and efficiency, then perform root cause analysis and drive action plans with leadership and associates.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership against targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
•Support Continuous Improvement projects and develop Reconditioning Leads and Managers through competency-based feedback and Development Plans.

Key Requirements

•Lead teams in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment, with 8+ years of management experience.
•Ability to manage production while maintaining high volume and high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
•Experience using root cause analysis to resolve urgent operational challenges and execute action plans.
•Ability to relocate (ideally nationwide, at minimum regionally across Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast).
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
