Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks impacting site throughput and efficiency, then perform root cause analysis and drive action plans with leadership and associates.
  • •Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership against targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement projects and develop Reconditioning Leads and Managers through competency-based feedback and Development Plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead teams in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment, with 8+ years of management experience.
  • •Ability to manage production while maintaining high volume and high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
  • •Experience using root cause analysis to resolve urgent operational challenges and execute action plans.
  • •Ability to relocate (ideally nationwide, at minimum regionally across Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast).
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
