Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive project and qualification schedules based on product timelines and supplier capacity.
  • •Balance supply and drive component solution deliverables and alignment with product platforms during ramp and launch.
  • •Work with engineering and suppliers on capacity enablement and with business teams on priority setting, qualification requests, and product output.
  • •Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle and coordinate escalations/corrective actions.
  • •Provide suggestions for capability and capacity footprint improvements using tools and reports as part of Global Operations process improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,310 - 243,960 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • •Strong project management principles applied to small to large projects, with experience defining plans and schedules based on product timelines and supplier capacities.
  • •Solid background working in the semiconductor field and understanding engineering program/project management and business unit priorities.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, including identifying issues/risks and action or mitigation plans.
  • •Proficiency with standard analytics tools such as MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Power BI, with strong communication and matrix/horizontal leadership experience.
