Senior Product Operations Manager, Governance & Experience - Local Services (Singapore)

Own governance and experience product operations for TikTok Local Services, including internal moderation systems, enforcement and analysis platforms, and external merchant/creator violation, appeal, and service centers. Build the end-to-end operations system, establish monitoring indexes and data-driven GTM processes to improve penetration and satisfaction, and create a cross-functional collaboration loop across Product, R&D, and global operations to turn operational issues into product improvements.
