Provide integrated project cost management across the project life cycle, coordinating cost initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Build cost and schedule baselines, integrate risk and quality management, and use earned value planning and quantitative risk tools to forecast costs and support objective-based decisions. Perform contract commercial management and deliver standard and advanced cost reporting for electric and gas transmission, distribution, and generation projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide integrated project cost management across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure, and lessons learned throughout the project life cycle.
•Develop integrated cost and schedule forecasting using quantitative risk management tools and techniques (Expected Monetary Value and Sensitivity Analysis).
•Create and manage project budget and cost performance baselines, including Estimate at Completion, and make corrective/preventive recommendations.
•Conduct contract commercial management including contract payment facilitation, performance assessment/reporting, and initial contract performance analysis.
•Perform standard and advanced cost reporting and assist stakeholders with cost information retrieval and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,000 - 144,900

Key Requirements

•High school diploma plus 3-5 years of experience working in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for data manipulation, integration, and report generation.
•Valid driver license (DL number) and in state upon hire.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of financial/cost management experience.
•7-9 years with a bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience working in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for data manipulation, integration, and report generation.
•Experience in large industrial capital project environments.
