Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team of circa 10 by guiding daily tasks, supporting growth, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • •Support the physical production of composite parts to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
  • •Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and health and safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • •Run Daily Start-up Meetings (DSUM) covering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) for your area of responsibility.
  • •Manage team workloads against the production plan and coordinate issue escalation and shift handovers, including supporting training completion and attendance management.

Salary: GBP 38,095 annually
