Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead liaison between global Transport operations and Transport supplier management teams to ensure communication and strategic alignment.
  • •Identify, log, and drive resolution of complex transport operational issues and action items to prevent blockers across the supply chain.
  • •Serve as central point of contact and subject matter expert for 3PL supplier managers, translating operational needs into actionable strategies.
  • •Own end-to-end resolution of critical transport issues with 3PL partners, including shipment discrepancies and systemic quality challenges, implementing sustainable solutions.
  • •Oversee 3PL operational documentation and establish knowledge management best practices to ensure operational clarity, consistency, and scalability.
