Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Perform maintenance and repair activities for electrical/electronic equipment and automation systems following technical specifications and safety rules.
•Ensure equipment availability, PM compliance, and target MTBF/availability metrics through timely and effective maintenance.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults; use fault diagnostics software to identify issues.
•Program and configure PLC, drives, HMI, and SCADA systems; work with Profinet/Profibus/CAN/Ethernet/IP networks.
•Apply lean methodologies (kaizen, 5S, A3, T-kart) and maintain proper documentation with CMMS/Maximo.

Key Requirements

•Preferably graduates of a vocational high school or related programs with at least 3 years experience in electrical/electronic, automation maintenance and/or project field.
•Experience in maintenance/repair or project work on equipment (TT, RS, ECH, QC, MHC, RTG) and related systems.
•Experience with transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors and switchgear maintenance/repair.
•Ability to use equipment fault diagnosis software and familiarity with PLC, drives, HMI and SCADA programming and configuration.
•Knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, CAN, Ethernet/IP networks; familiarity with codesys, STEP 7, and TIA Portal is a plus; experience with ladder, STL, ST, SFC, LD, FBD programming languages is desirable.
