Key Responsibilities

  • •Regularly tackle the largest and most complex problems from technical design to launch.
  • •Provide technical leadership and define plans-of-attack for large projects.
  • •Own complex architecture challenges and apply architectural standards to new projects.
  • •Partner across engineering teams to deliver company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
  • •Mentor and grow the next generation of technical leaders, sharing engineering best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,051 - 273,775 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of full stack development experience with prominent languages such as Java, Scala, Node, JavaScript, or React.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • •Deep experience building and operating systems at scale with testing, reliability, security, and observability.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience collaborating with and mentoring junior team members.
