Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive appointments and cross-selling. Process teller transactions, support platform staff, work with business partners, and follow risk, conduct, and compliance policies while meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and education program rotations to become a Retail Personal Banker I, including a certification at the conclusion.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff, while meeting customer experience and production goals and following risk and conduct policies.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to acquire new consumer and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
