Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively create new food concept ideas based on Kerry technologies, customer needs, and market insight.
  • •Take direction from marketing and commercial leads to support opportunities, ensuring a clear concept-to-development process with technologists.
  • •Implement strict positive release processes across projects to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • •Prepare and execute customer product demonstrations aligned to Kerry’s technology capability and manufacturing realities.
  • •Maintain day-to-day lab and presentation areas, ensuring health and safety standards and collaborating with technologists to execute customer briefs.

Key Requirements

  • •Further education in a culinary, food or chef environment.
  • •Experience working as a Chef with hands-on experience.
  • •Ability to prepare and present a broad range of technology building blocks in final application as a food concept.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills.
  • •Strong kitchen & laboratory practices with high attention to detail and quality standards.
