  • •Monitor, self-assign, and complete administration tasks via the Business Support Centre.
  • •Manage travel (flights, hotels, cars) per company Travel Guidelines, ensuring appropriate approvals.
  • •Create and maintain word-processed project reports and presentations with consistency, quality, and version control using required templates.
  • •Enter data including soil/rock logs in gINT, and assist with tender preparation (insurances, certificates, CV preparation, client reports).
  • •Support teams and visitors by arranging meetings (including taking minutes and following up), assisting with leave cover, and performing other administrative duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • •Skilled in managing client expectations and achieving positive outcomes in challenging environments.
