Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Programme Manager for the Group AI Platform by defining strategy, developing plans, tracking progress, and driving execution across multiple teams.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights to strengthen delivery performance and operational outcomes.
  • •Engage and communicate with global stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
  • •Resolve issues and remove blockers to keep delivery on track and enable successful outcomes.
  • •Provide consistent programme reporting on milestones, RAID items, and financials (where applicable), with visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of programme/project management experience, with strategy management experience preferred.
  • •Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across global teams and senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with measurable outcomes and drive delivery and continuous improvement.
  • •Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience managing delivery using Agile ways of working.
