Job Summary

Design and oversee agentic AI systems for multiple industry verticals as part of Zoom AI Companion. Establish technical standards, reference architectures, and integration frameworks that improve Zoom meeting experiences and enable natural human-machine interactions across Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Zoom Customer Experience, and Zoom Virtual Agent. Architect scalable production solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks, lead cross-functional technical initiatives, and mentor development teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities.

•Design comprehensive system architectures for vertical agentic AI applications, setting standards, patterns, and best practices for autonomous agents.
•Develop reference architectures and integration frameworks that enhance meeting experiences and support natural human-machine interactions.
•Architect scalable production systems leveraging large language models and agentic AI frameworks.
•Lead cross-functional technical initiatives to integrate agentic AI solutions into Zoom’s ecosystem while balancing innovation and implementation needs.
•Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to development teams and junior architects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,600 - 451,800

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•10+ years of experience in machine learning architectures, neural network design, reinforcement learning, cognitive frameworks, and multi-modal AI integration across speech, vision, and language.
•Proficiency in AI-focused programming languages including Python, C++, and Java.
•Experience architecting solutions using modern AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
•Strong system design skills for complex AI problems, balancing technical constraints with business requirements.
