Own construction cost management and project controls for large-scale hyperscale data center builds, ensuring commercial activity stays aligned with executed contracts, approved scope, and internal governance. Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, lead invoice review and submission by validating quantities/rates/scope against contracts and changes, and maintain audit-ready cost records. Partner with construction, project controls, finance, and vendors to preserve cost integrity and deliver reliable actuals reporting.
