•Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle of robotics development and implementation, from planning and feasibility to execution and post-launch support.
•Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
•Coordinate with engineering, software development, and operations teams to ensure project success.
•Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Proven experience in project management within robotics, automation, or industrial engineering sectors.
•Exceptional communication skills; English at C2 level, German at B2 level or higher; Strong understanding of robotics technologies, AI-driven automation, and system integration.
•Experience with fast-paced environments and coordinating with engineering contractors; Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.).
•PMP or similar certification is a plus; Additional skills include AI-based robotics solutions, regulatory knowledge, and programming languages (Python, C++, ROS) is a plus.
