  • •Serve as a lead instructor delivering specialized training sessions and deploying development tools to support learning outcomes.
  • •Conduct performance analysis, identify potential performance issues, and provide subject-matter expertise to support MRO-related fabrication and repair efforts aligned to the SOW.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment.
  • •5+ years of experience in Electrical design, including Electrical Systems and Wire Installation Design.
  • •5+ years of experience using systems such as Enovia, REDARS, PSDS, CDS, MES, DELMIA, GOLDesp, WIRS, CAPP, IVT, NCM, or OWI.
  • •5+ years working with detailed work instructions, and reading/interpreting blueprints and drawings.
  • •5+ years working with or around fiber optics, plus developing and implementing process improvements; able to travel up to 50%.
