Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize onboarding and servicing requests in a timely and accurate manner as a key customer contact.
  • •Provide advanced TM product/service support by resolving complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • •Train customers on TM products, including troubleshooting, installing software, and providing demos.
  • •Coordinate annual renewals for ACH and Wires.
  • •Maintain policy adherence, support internal teams with reference guides/tools, mentor colleagues, and assist with special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 4+ years in banking and/or treasury management.
  • •1+ year of banking experience, including treasury management products, payments, and depository systems.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • •Strong knowledge of treasury management/cash management software, hardware, and operating systems.
