Vice President - Taxation

Advise and partner with UK/Head Office Transfer Pricing teams to minimize risk and ensure compliance with OECD transfer pricing guidance and UK legislation. Set up, test, and defend transfer pricing policies; support global cost recharges; and prepare group master file and UK local files for ~20 entities. Lead global transfer pricing initiatives involving data sourcing and governance model evolution, and gather evidence for tax authority and regulatory audits.
