Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and support stockroom standards and safe operations.
  • •Move dynamically around the store to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to work in and around the store constantly and be on the retail floor for the full shift.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
