Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver features and improvements within an established Scrum team aligned to SAFe, including sprint planning and execution.
  • •Collaborate with onshore engineering teams to resolve defects and ensure integration across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain solutions across a multi-technology stack.
  • •Provide production support for critical live systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and adherence to enterprise standards and controls.
  • •Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, and process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with Java-based backend development and relational databases (Oracle).
  • •Experience with the Spring-Boot framework.
  • •Knowledge of TDD and BDD testing frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular and JavaScript.
  • •Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within SAFe.
