Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs within defined cut-off timelines with high accuracy.
  • •Review attendance/time data and exception reports, resolving discrepancies.
  • •Perform variance analysis and apply payroll controls to ensure accurate payslip generation.
  • •Ensure timely salary disbursement for assigned countries and address employee payroll queries.
  • •Maintain payroll documentation and SOPs, support audits and reconciliations, and drive process improvements/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of payroll experience in a shared services or multi-country setup supporting one or more countries.
  • •Strong knowledge of full-cycle payroll processes (new hires, exits, promotions, and F&F settlements) and local payroll regulations/statutory requirements.
  • •Experience with payroll systems/vendors such as ADP, NGA (Alight), or Dayforce.
  • •Proficiency in HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
