Job Summary

Manage guest parking at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre by directing motorists to available spaces, keeping parking areas clean and orderly, and patrolling to help prevent vehicle damage and theft. Lift and reposition barricades to open or close parking areas, assist with end-of-show venue closeout tasks, and support the venue’s sustainability efforts. Provide courteous, friendly guest service and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
•Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
•Patrol parking areas to help prevent vehicle damage and vehicle/property thefts.
•Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
•Participate in venue sustainability efforts and help close the venue at end of show, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
