Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a global capability to identify, respond to, and learn from emerging fraud threats.
  • •Lead global fraud attack response, providing strategic oversight of fraud incident management and response activities across the ecosystem.
  • •Establish a cross-functional command model to coordinate product, security, risk, operations, and technology teams during high-impact fraud events.
  • •Drive post-incident reviews and ensure lessons learned translate into stronger controls, security standards, and product enhancements.
  • •Build fraud intelligence and insights capabilities and establish fraud risk governance frameworks, including risk identification, prioritization, escalation, and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Strategic leadership experience in payment fraud at regional or global scale, with responsibility for fraud strategy, intelligence, operations, or risk management.
  • •Proven expertise in payment fraud analytics, fraud intelligence, and cross-functional governance across network or product security.
  • •Deep understanding of card, digital, account-to-account, and real-time payment fraud trends and mitigation strategies.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading fraud response, fraud operations, investigations, or intelligence functions in complex environments.
