Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage recruiting priorities across Europe, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and closing talent for France and UKI roles.
  • •Advise business leaders and HR with data-driven updates and practical recruiting recommendations based on market insights.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruiting across Europe, including stakeholder intake, sourcing, assessment, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding readiness.
  • •Partner with HR, Compensation, Legal, Operations, Resource Management, and COEs to support compliant, integrated, locally relevant recruiting strategies.
  • •Use Huron’s interview framework to assess qualifications and fit, and provide clear evaluation summaries with timely, culturally aware candidate communications.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated delivery across Europe.
  • •Deep experience recruiting in the France market, including familiarity with candidate expectations, sourcing channels, employment practices, and local hiring considerations.
  • •Working knowledge of recruiting-related employment-law and compliance considerations across relevant European markets.
  • •Professional fluency in English; French language skills are strongly preferred.
