Job Summary

Support full-cycle recruiting across Europe with a primary focus on France and UK&I roles. Build targeted pipelines, source and engage passive talent, and advise business leaders and HR on market availability, candidate expectations, compensation positioning, and compliance-aware hiring practices. Manage stakeholder intake through offer and onboarding readiness, assess candidates using Huron’s interview framework, and ensure timely, culturally aware candidate communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage recruiting priorities across Europe, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and closing talent for France and UKI roles.
•Advise business leaders and HR with data-driven updates and practical recruiting recommendations based on market insights.
•Lead end-to-end recruiting across Europe, including stakeholder intake, sourcing, assessment, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding readiness.
•Partner with HR, Compensation, Legal, Operations, Resource Management, and COEs to support compliant, integrated, locally relevant recruiting strategies.
•Use Huron’s interview framework to assess qualifications and fit, and provide clear evaluation summaries with timely, culturally aware candidate communications.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated delivery across Europe.
•Deep experience recruiting in the France market, including familiarity with candidate expectations, sourcing channels, employment practices, and local hiring considerations.
•Working knowledge of recruiting-related employment-law and compliance considerations across relevant European markets.
•Professional fluency in English; French language skills are strongly preferred.
