Investigate missed KPIs and implement action plans, coordinate with supervisors and related departments to resolve production incidents, and drive daily reporting through MDI and OIP metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Run shift handover meetings and manage morning/evening shift production activities.
•Manage and optimize staffing each shift to ensure production targets are met and exceeded.
•Ensure workers strictly follow safety regulations and sanitation (5S) practices in the manufacturing area.
•Control machine running speed, reduce scraps per machine, and monitor hourly output and order completion.
•Investigate KPI shortfalls and coordinate with supervisors/related departments on incidents and improvement plans, including hourly and daily reporting.

Key Requirements

•Diploma (Vocational) or higher in a technical field, or equivalent professional qualification.
•5+ years directly related experience, with 1+ year team leader or equivalent experience preferred.
•Ability to work in shifts.
•Strong production control and process innovation skills.
•Strong ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse team, with good communication skills.
