Job Summary

Coordinate daily Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) admissions and weekly filings, ensuring accurate Customs documentation and ongoing compliance. Maintain records of product movements, manage FTZ files and backups, and support export processes (including CF7512). Perform inventory reconciliations between SAP and FTZ systems, troubleshoot discrepancies with warehouse/MRP partners, and contribute to quarterly audits, reporting, and FTZ software implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and process daily FTZ admissions (CF214) and weekly filings (3461, 7501) to ensure accurate Customs documentation and compliance.
•Retrieve, print, and distribute shipping documents from Cargo Manager or email to support daily zone admissions.
•Maintain accurate records of product movements into and out of the FTZ and ensure proper Customs filings and compliance.
•Perform daily inventory reconciliation between SAP and FTZ software and troubleshoot discrepancies with warehouse and MRP teams.
•Support FTZ software implementations, maintain FTZ files and records, manage FTZ exports (CF7512), and provide quarterly payments/audit results and annual FTZ reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 51,700 - 83,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of trade compliance experience; FTZ administration and/or Licensed Customs Broker credentials are desirable.
•Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to work across multiple systems.
•Advanced aptitude for working across multiple systems; SAP, IP FTZ, and WMS.net software knowledge highly beneficial.
•Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven team player who can also work well independently.
