Implementation Manager - Bilingual (English/French)

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Benchling platform for biotech customers, from kickoff and solution design through configuration, testing, UAT guidance, training, and user onboarding. Partner with scientists and cross-functional teams to translate scientific workflows into successful rollouts, advocate for customer needs, and support account expansion after go-live.
