Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Data & AI strategy, roadmap, and delivery execution for enterprise data governance and data product management.
  • •Establish the Group’s AI strategy, responsible AI and model governance/ethics standards for AI-enabled data products across the enterprise.
  • •Drive Master Data Management and single sources of truth across Product, SKU, Customer, Vendor, and Inventory entities across SFCC, Infor WMS, and the ERP.
  • •Define enterprise-wide data governance policies, compliance standards, ownership and stewardship framework, and ensure compliance with regional data residency and privacy regulations.
  • •Own centralized analytical platform accuracy, performance, and uptime (e.g., BigQuery and Looker) and structure the Data & AI CoE to enable offshore technical execution.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years directing enterprise data governance, master data management, and data product delivery in large-scale multi-brand retail, e-commerce, or CPG environments.
  • •Proven leadership of complex data migration and systems integration from monolithic platforms (e.g., Salesforce B2C, Oracle, SAP EBS, legacy WMS) into modern cloud data warehouses.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of Google BigQuery, Looker, Apache Airflow, dbt, Airbyte, and familiarity with AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI) and responsible AI practices.
  • •Experience leading distributed, matrix teams across onshore and offshore functions while collaborating with senior business and executive stakeholders.
  • •Quantitative education (Computer Science/Data Science/Statistics/MIS) with certifications such as CDMP, TOGAF, PMP, or SAFe POPM.
