Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly revenue and commission close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with multiple departments to gather transaction information and investigate/resolve reconciling items.
  • •Manage accounts payable by reconciling discrepancies and coordinating payment schedules with the accounting team.
  • •Manage accounts receivable, including collections, issuing formal protests for overdue invoices, and supporting cash flow consistency.
  • •Oversee invoicing (including via municipal platforms or NetSuite), understand revenue-based taxation concepts, and perform bank reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold or be finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • •Have up to 2 years of experience in similar roles or be a new graduate eager to learn.
  • •Be detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive, self-directed approach.
  • •Have strong invoicing knowledge, including processes through platforms like municipal systems or NetSuite.
