Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team and engineering technicians to support a 24/7 operation.
  • •Develop, monitor, improve, and maintain manufacturing and engineering processes, including workflow and equipment/layout planning.
  • •Obtain and coordinate plant-level print deviations with divisional Product Engineering, maintaining cross-department communication.
  • •Drive cost reductions through process improvements, scrap analysis, and technology applications, using tools such as Six Sigma and lean/assessment methods.
  • •Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/OSHA and environmental objectives, including corrective action response and development/utilization of PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
