Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the local Protection & Resilience (P&R) framework, managing Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Emergency Response, Incident Management, Protective Security, and Third-Party Risk Management.
  • •Lead the end-to-end BCM lifecycle, including BIA, BCPs, scenario testing, exercises, and continuous improvement based on outcomes and incidents.
  • •Maintain and run crisis and emergency response frameworks, including drills/simulations, emergency contact protocols, and structured escalation/communication during crises.
  • •Act as local focal point for incident identification, escalation, cross-functional coordination, timely global reporting, and incident reports with KPI tracking through closure.
  • •Serve as the designated Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Officer: assess hazards and risks, implement controls, maintain OHS training and documentation, coordinate OHS committee activities, and handle OHS incident investigations and record-keeping.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in risk management, internal control, operations, security, business operations, health & safety, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, occupational health & safety, or a closely related discipline.
  • •OHS certification obtained through a local Romanian provider (mandatory); IOSH or NEBOSH IGC additional accreditation strongly preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational resilience and workplace safety practices, including BCM, crisis management, and emergency response.
  • •Proven stakeholder management and ability to manage crisis situations with structured, composure under pressure.
